Privacy Policy & Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties and Scope:
This Privacy and Distance Sales Agreement is executed between Livora Catering ("Provider") and the Client ("Buyer"). By confirming an order, the Client unconditionally agrees to all terms herein.

2. Quality, Hygiene, and Thermal Chain Commitment:
Livora Catering guarantees that all corporate meals, banquet menus, and designer cakes prepared under ISO 22000 & HACCP food safety protocols are delivered punctually within optimal temperature preservation standards.

3. Order and Reservation Confirmation:
Orders become final once verified by our operations team and scheduled into our master kitchen production line.

4. Payment Security (256-Bit SSL):
Online payments are encrypted with 256-Bit SSL standards. Credit card details are never stored on our servers.

5. Deposit, Reservation Cancellation & Non-Refund Policy (Special Clause):
For catering events, open buffet setups, barista bars, and custom cakes, operational scheduling, equipment reservation, chef assignment, and fresh procurement are initiated immediately upon booking. Therefore; down-payments (deposits) and reservation fees are strictly non-refundable unless a documented failure or technical defect is directly attributable to our company. The Client acknowledges and irrevocably accepts that cancelled bookings shall not entitle the Client to any deposit refund.

6. Force Majeure & Jurisdiction:
In the event of disputes, Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
